How to Use Them

• Start with the smallest size that feels comfortable for you. There’s no need to rush this part.
• Before using it, warm the dilator in some warm water. This helps it feel more natural and less cold.
• Lie down in a position where your body can fully relax. Many people find it easier with their knees slightly bent and supported by a pillow.
• Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the tip. This makes the process smoother and more comfortable.
• Take a moment to focus on your breathing. Slow, relaxed breathing helps your muscles loosen naturally.
• When you’re ready, gently bring the dilator to your body. You can start by simply touching the area, then slowly insert it only as far as feels comfortable. There should be no pressure to go further.
• Keep your breathing steady while using it. If anything feels uncomfortable, pause or stop.
• Use the dilator for as long as your body feels okay with it. Even a short time is enough in the beginning.
• Over time, you can slowly increase how long you use it and move up to the next size when you feel ready.
